Our Wednesday Group Road Ride starts next week, April 27th!  We are running a little different format this year for the ride, offering two different groups.

The "training ride" leaves at 5:30 p.m. sharp and will run generally 1.5-2hrs.  This is a training ride, not a traditional group ride.  Focus will be on group riding skills, with specific weekly workouts to improve performance.  We ask that riders are able to travel 16 mph solo.  This group will be doing intervals at high speed.  Group will generally average 17-19 mph+ for the entire ride.  The format of this ride will be similar to years past.

The "ice cream ride" rolls a few minutes after the training ride.  This is a fun social ride, for those looking to learn basic group riding techniques, or experienced riders looking for some easy miles.  This group will generally average between 15-17 mph.  We ask that riders are able to travel 14mph solo, thus able to travel a bit faster when drafting in the group.
We ask riders participating in both rides to sign a waiver and come self sufficent with water/food, and a flat repair kit.

If you're brand new to riding we recomend our "First Ride Friday,"  which starts in May. This ride is perfect for those brand new and looking to learn techniques like shifting, cadence, and rules of the road.  This ride is no drop and lasts approx 5 miles.
